Scottie brings up a great point, long adventures are all well and good but sometimes you need something more modest, a sort of en-route encounter sorta like PEG's one-sheets for Savage Worlds.
A one-sheet is basically an evening encounter/mini-adventure requiring almost no prep on the GM's or players' parts. The whole adventure is contained on one standard sheet of paper and includes all essential info the GM needs to run the adventure.
I'll put one together sometime this week as a sort of proof-of-concept.
