New ‘classes’, (so to speak, perhaps Archetype proffessions would be more accurate):

Border Rangers – very tough janah. Range the borders of the Jungles of the Suthra. Like the Gondolin watchers of Mordor, they are constantly vigilant for incursion from the Prithyan Empire and are the first line of defense. They are wise with the lore of the suthra. Privy to the weaknesses of the many species of suthra, they are fierce and indomitable fighters. Often travelling alone in the borderland wilds of the western reaches. Occasionally rumored to have dealings with the suthra other than killing them outright, they are sometimes held with distrust by the peasant janah, though their considerable fighting skill assure they are treated with respect.

KarnaSunti Knight – those janah that control the juggernaut war machines of the Noble Houses. Definitely held with fear and distrust by the commoner janah that encounter them. These iconoclastic janah are considered vaguely heretical and perhaps somewhat blasphemous by the peasant caste. They are unmistakable with their odd scars (from the interface neuro-cilia which invade their flesh) Their deva-namesake war-abominations are believed to be a hideous perversion of faith by the ignorant and superstitious. (which are a populous majority in these troubled times) And these dual-caste controllers, considered to be both Mangai and Sunborn caste due to their odd circumstances, are certainly not appreciated for their breaking of the accepted caste tradition. Rarely seen outside of the halls of the Great Houses or the temple hangars where their bio-manipulated Shunde constructs are housed. They are singular, “Darth Vader”-like individuals who live within an aura of fear and mistrust. As such that they tend to be distant and aloof, and coldly laconic to all but their leige-lords and immediate staff. When they do venture abroad, their words are heeded and their commands obeyed. Or they are opposed and denied outright by those who feel themselves secure in daring to stand against them. In truth, it usually isn’t wise to oppose them as they are always serhibas and are officially sanctioned by the Shah to exist.
They have a hard to define level of authority in Darduni culture. They are indeed Mangai, and Mahists as well. They may ask for the assistance of local high priests and depending on the disposition of that priest, expect to get it. As Mangai, it would normally be considered an infidelity and a crime to visit harm upon them.
They are also Sunborn and accorded the rights and privileges of the Sunborn caste including dispensing discipline and justice, even to the point of execution, to all lower castes.
As most sunborn and mangai janah are unsure of their exact level of authority they are just avoided and usually obeyed by all but nobles and military commanders, or very cantankerous and fundamental Mangai, who distrust their tenuous social status and divergence from tradition.

Demon Guard – these doughty and extremely tough and proficient janah are trained and employed in fighting the demons of the Klin Empire. Wily and accomplished fighters, those that survive even a season of conflict with the forces of the Klin are tougher than any normal janah. Tempered by the fire of incomprehensibly intense and taxing battle, they are serious, stern and fiercely capable warriors that consider themselves a fraternity of the best janah on Darduna. Their ties of friendship are formed in the bitterest of circumstances bind them to each other with a loyalty and conviction that outstrips faith, country and honor. To say that these janah would fight and die for each other is inadequate, these janah would follow each other into Naraka, such is their unyielding loyalty to their brothers in their profession.
They pride themselves on being afraid of nothing. Ever. No matter what. They are pragmatic and stringently efficient in all other regards save this.
They never run from anything less than demons, and their discipline is such that they rarely run from even the beasts of Naraka. However, despite their foolhardy bravado, they are intelligent and wise janah in most other ways. With a military efficiency and incisive analytical outlook they fully and quickly assess a situation and act with initiative and high motivation.
Other janah must earn their respect and trust. Like the Marine veterans of WW2 on earth, they are consider those not of their inclusive group to be suspect in terms of valour, honor, and integrity. The fortitude of any janah hoping to befriend one of these heroic warriors must be proven in blood, sweat and tears. Though they have a gaurded respect for the Border Rangers, with whom they feel a vague kinship as men at arms against unusual foes.

"Order of DarSunti Knights" - ( these warriors of Shunde need some sort of name or title for their profession ) Perhaps the only janah more mighty that the Demon Guard, these incredible and enigmatic warriors of unity and justice are rare and amazing to behold. Capable of supernatural feats of fighting and possessed of a deep and spiritual understanding of the Shunde essence. These warrior ascetics roam the land on missions of their own devising, promoting peace and striving for the betterment of all, equally and with an eye for fostering a greater unity between janah and suthra and Darduna. They are universally respected and admired. both for their arm in battle and their sage advice in peace. Most janah would readily agree to the arbitration of a Order of DarSunti in any dispute, knowing that a fair, just and equitable solution will be the result of such council. Their powers are many and impressive.
Using the power of Shunde they can leap castle walls, cut through stone and crystal, shatter object with explosive force, cow even the fiercest janah with a roar and cast back foes without laying a hand on them.
The web of life and the wholeness of its picture are not unknown to them. They are nearly impossible to surprise. They sense the presence of living things around them, (janah and non-cloaked suthra) and ill intention laid in hiding. (traps)
In interacting with janah they display an uncanny insight into the heart. They perceive the undercurrent of the interrelationship of all things. They are not easily deceived and they are unnaturally persuasive in their speech. Jedi are without exception, calm and contemplative, and mindful of their actions and speech. ( a player, about to act like Zoli, will get a free suggestion from the GM as to why that maneuver is asinine and will result in death or disfigurement, or shame or excommunication etc. and failing to heed this warning results in not being able to expend a story point to rectify the horrible effects of what they have wrought despite knowing better. Thus Order of DarSunti usually come out of any situation looking good and not having made idiotic decisions. Preserving their good reputation even if the player makes doofy decisions )

Child of Prithya – Suthra-person: Intelligent, ancient-cultured, Shündé-manipulating, strong as five average adult male janah. These wise and alien beings who’s world this is, now walk among the janah as erstwhile friends.
