As I was re-formatting the Table of Contents for the Basic Compendium, I noticed that character creation Step #4 Assign Your Characteristics..............71, had been omitted accidentally. This is being rectified right now, as I continue re-formatting the TOC for all books. I'll upload a PDF file for each of the re-created TOC so that you may reference these instead, of you wish, and to display how I'm altering them for easier use and viewing.

This error has been fixed (along with many others), the TOC for the Basic Compendium has been remade, and the first page of it is in the Downloads area if you wish to download it and check it out.
