I have been running a Shard campaign every couple weeks or so for a couple months. We started with The Accursed Well, then there was the Festival of Mujíbh, and now we are doing the intro adventure.
There are three long-time roleplayers in the group, and two newbies. So far everyone seems to be enjoying themselves, and some of these characters are really quite something. As an added bonus, two of the players are artists, and I have started scanning some of their stuff to be included on the game's website, which is here:

I have not done as much as I should have in keeping it up to date, but perhaps the thought that other people might be looking at it will spur me on!
I used some of the Shard artwork, but I have generally cropped and altered it from the original. However, if you would like me to take any of it down, please let me know.
The title of the campaign comes from a verse by Bharthrihari, a Sanskrit author from the 5th century:
Why do you wander, 'O' mind, rest somewhere. The natural course of things to happen cannot be altered. It is bound to happen. Therefore enjoy the pleasures, whose arrival and departure cannot be ascertained, without remembering the past and without expecting the future.
