Yeah, there's certainly a lot of favoritism based on species stuff that I notice in the fandom... But that's OK, I suppose... RP-ing characters of the opposite sex, though, is an interesting exercise in "putting yourself in another person's shoes"…

Some GM's might allow for that, to some extent... There's really no "hard and fast" rules for that kind of thing offered in Shard, because we wanted to give Game Masters the latitude to make such determinations based on their personal beliefs about the…

Not just the rear end but almost any extremity you could imagine. Just taking a look at the Martial Arts hit location table and allowing your imagination to flow should give you all sorts of exciting ideas for a humorous antics.

That might be a way to explain taking an Animal Ability for such as Night Vision for a type of animal which normally does not have it, as long as the Game master can be convinced that it might be possible.

I was speaking about what Scott said earlier about what D&D characters were created inspired by the TMNT books I have a mild 'thing' for comedic slapstick to the rear ends probably because of how common this was in cartoons that I watched like Disney…

I like the way that you took a normal thing ( such as one of the Drawbacks) from one of the templates and altered it by leaving it out, it is a clever way to make your character more unique and to breath a bit of life into to it by adding your own…
